Eric Popp

Eric Popp is a seasoned professional in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, currently serving as Managing Research Scientist at SHL since April 2015. Prior experience includes roles at CEB - SHL from May 2006 to April 2015, where Eric held titles such as Senior Research Scientist and Senior Optimization Consultant. Prior to that, Eric was an Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at Eastern Kentucky University from August 2004 to May 2006. Additional experience encompasses work in the Employee Relations Department at UPS in 2003-2004, and a decade with Mission to the World from June 1989 to June 1999 in various leadership roles. Eric earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia between 1999 and 2004.
