Evania Tan

Evania Tan is the Director and Organizational Psychologist at Leadership Lab, where they currently lead initiatives in organizational psychology. Previously, they served as a Manager at EY and held roles as a Senior Organizational Psychologist at Achieve Group and a Senior Consultant at CEB. Evania also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Management. Their early career included a position as a Research Psychologist at DSO National Laboratories. Evania holds a Master of Social Sciences in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the National University of Singapore, as well as additional studies at Harvard University and Stanford University.
