Jack Morris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales transformation, account management, and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the Strategic Account Director at SHL, Jack focuses on aiding Americas-based companies in transforming their sales organizations. Previously, Jack held the position of SVP of Sales and Account Management at YKS Global Enterprises, driving growth through advanced cloud-based services. Additional roles include Vice President of Strategic Accounts at VoApps, Inc., and Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts at LiveVox, where Jack consistently exceeded sales targets and enhanced customer retention.
