Jagadeesh B is an experienced HR leader with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various industries. Currently serving as the Practice Head at Leap2Excel Consulting LLP and as an Associate Talent Management professional at SHL since January 2018, Jagadeesh has previously held significant roles such as Director of HR at Danfoss, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for manufacturing and R&D facilities across India, and Country Head of HR at Fosroc, managing a multi-site HR footprint. Additional experience includes leading HR initiatives at SKF Group and Essilor India, along with a tenure at JK Tyre that involved transformative HR strategies during mergers. Jagadeesh holds a Ph.D. in HR from AHRD/XLRI and a Master’s Degree in Commerce and Human Resources from the National Institute of Personnel Management.
