Jasmeet Singh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Jasmeet began their career at Braahmam Net Solutions in 2009, where they worked as a Senior Project Coordinator and later became a Team Leader in Localization. Jasmeet was responsible for coordinating with clients, analyzing business processes, and ensuring client satisfaction. Jasmeet then joined Aspiring Minds in 2014 as a Senior Manager in Client Servicing. In this role, they managed customer engagement, delivery management, and program implementation. Jasmeet was also involved in understanding client requirements and developing service plans. In 2017, Jasmeet was promoted to Deputy General Manager of Program Management at Aspiring Minds, where they continued to excel until 2019. Jasmeet's most recent position is at SHL, where they have held various roles including Deputy General Manager of the Global Customer Service Centre, AVP of Program Management, and currently, Head of Production Support.
