Joan Chan

Joan Chan is a human resource professional with extensive experience in talent consulting and organizational effectiveness. Currently a Senior Consultant at SHL, they partner with clients to provide data-driven talent assessment and development solutions. Joan previously held roles at Aon and EY, where they delivered strategic HR consulting focused on workforce transformation and organizational design. They earned a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from Nanyang Technological University and are known for their passion for understanding people and developing effective HR strategies. Outside of work, Joan enjoys group fitness, nature hikes, and exploring new coffee spots.
