Jon Feil

Jon Feil is a seasoned talent management professional currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Talent Solutions at SHL since October 2015. In this role, Jon builds and supports strategic initiatives for external clients, focusing on high potential and early-career management development, as well as senior management succession planning, while providing expert guidance on practical and legal considerations. Previously, Jon worked as a Consultant at Korn Ferry from July 2011 to August 2015, where responsibilities included collaborating with the R&D team and facilitating online training courses for assessment delivery certifications. Jon holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
