Julia Hoffmann is an experienced consultant currently serving as a Managing Consultant at SHL since June 2016, where Julia has also held roles as a Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Project Manager for Team Lead Support Services. Prior to her tenure at SHL, Julia managed a research-based Master Programme as Programme Manager and International Coordinator at the University of Mannheim from January 2013 to June 2016, overseeing course management, student advising, quality management, and international coordination.
