Lenae Hoffman

Lenae Hoffman, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, CDR has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lenae is currently the Lead Recruiter at SHL since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at The Jackson Laboratory from July 2021 to February 2022, and as an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner from April 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology at Brandman University in 2015. Lenae also studied Sociology at California State University-Sacramento from 2011 to 2013, although the degree obtained is unspecified.
