Magda Ispas

Magda Ispas is a highly experienced Senior Associate Consultant at SHL, delivering assessment projects across multiple sectors since January 2023. With a strong background in human resources, Magda has held leadership roles including Chief HR Officer at NN Romania and ING Life Insurance & Pensions Romania, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR functions and contributing to strategic decisions at the management board level. Magda is also the Founder of Anew Agency, providing freelance HR consulting, and has extensive recruitment experience as evidenced by a consulting role at Antal International. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in French Cultural Studies from the University of Bucharest, with additional studies at HEC Paris and Wesleyan University.
