Ritesh Pal

Ritesh Pal currently serves as Team Leader - PMO at SHL, where Ritesh leads a team of over 20 project managers, coordinators, and analysts in managing multiple large-scale projects and optimizing project management processes. Prior to this role, Ritesh worked at CEB, now Gartner, as a Senior Project Specialist and at Phronesis Partners as a Project Specialist, where responsibilities included handling projects independently, performing statistical analysis, and engaging with clients. Ritesh began the professional journey at Larsen & Toubro as an Assistant, contributing to data collection and report customization. Ritesh holds a PGDM in Operations Management and Supervision from NMIMS CDOE and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lingaya's University.
