Eric Lancaster

Eric Lancaster has a diverse work experience. Eric began their career as a Business Banker at Citi in 2010 and later moved to Capital One as a Small Business Banker from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Paychex as a Retirement & Pre Tax Benefit Specialist until 2019. Eric then worked at SHO Companies as a Sales Director from 2019 to their current role as Vice President of Sales, which they took on in 2021. Additionally, they have also held the position of Director of Sales for Master-Minded Distribution since 2020.

Eric Lancaster has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Farmingdale State College.
