Matthew Terlizzi

Matthew Terlizzi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Matthew started their career as a Bar Manager at Narwhal's Crafted in 2019, where they were responsible for managing all aspects of bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service. Matthew successfully implemented strategies that led to increased bar revenue and trained and mentored a team of bartenders and staff.

In 2020, Matthew joined SHO Products as a Returns Specialist. In this role, they coordinated return products from various customers and locations with different return shipment methods. Matthew also maintained weekly/monthly spreadsheets on return data and handled the day-to-day RMA receiving activities.

Currently, Matthew holds the position of Operations Manager at SHO Products, starting in 2021. In this role, they oversee the day-to-day operations, implements strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on enhancing performance and customer satisfaction.

Matthew Terlizzi attended Pasadena City College from 2016 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Social Behavioral Sciences. Following this, they enrolled in Lindenwood University from 2018 to 2020 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
