Heather Johnson

Heather Johnson, CPA has extensive work experience in various roles within the accounting and auditing field. Heather is currently the Vice President of Internal Audit at Shoals Technologies Group since 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte from 2016 to 2024, holding positions such as Senior Manager of Accounting and Reporting Advisory, Manager of Technical Accounting Policy, and Manager of Financial Reporting. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Assistant Controller at Republic Services, and from 2010 to 2014, they were an Audit Supervisor at KraftCPAs PLLC. Overall, Heather Johnson has a diverse background in accounting and auditing, with expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting, and internal audit.

Heather Johnson, CPA has a Masters of Accountancy in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Heather also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the same institution. Additionally, Heather has obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors and is a Certified Public Accountant.
