Timothy Treadway

Timothy Treadway has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to finance and consulting. Timothy started their career as a Senior Credit Manager at Zellerbach, A Mead Company in 1988 and later became a Senior CFS Manager in 1993. In 1995, they joined Averitt Hardwoods International, Inc. as a VP/CFO and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they served as the CFO of Bill Mace Homes. Since 2010, Timothy has been an Independent Financial Consultant, providing business and financial consulting services to firms of all sizes. In 2014, they joined Shoals Technologies Group as CFO.

Timothy Treadway has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Tax & Finance, which they earned from Mercer University between 1989 and 1992. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics at the University of West Georgia from 1983 to 1985. Their education journey began with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General, obtained from Truett McConnell College from 1981 to 1983.
