Jeffrey Shoap, Ph.D.

Jeffrey Shoap, Ph.D. is the founder of Shoap Technical Services, LLC, a technical writing consultancy. Jeffrey has been providing documentation support for Global Payments Inc. since 1986. In 2021, they began providing technical writing services for Project Archer, Bill360, and Payrix. In 2022, they began providing technical writing services for Ingenico, Banked, CellPoint Digital, Maast, and Ware2Go.

Jeffrey Shoap, Ph.D. has an extensive education history. Jeffrey attended Central High from 1962 to 1966, where they earned a BA in 225 Class. Jeffrey then attended Temple University from 1966 to 1970, where they earned a BA in English. Finally, they attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1971 to 1979, where they earned a Ph.D. in English.
