Hari Bailwal has a diverse range of experience in the event management industry. Hari started their career as an Event Coordinator in various event management companies from 2001 to 2006. Hari then joined Grips Pro-Events as an Event Coordinator from June 2006 to April 2007. After that, they worked at Variance Conference & Events Pvt Ltd as an Executive - Operations, where they focused on managing specific projects efficiently and seeking new ideas and technology for events. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Eventlabs Audiovisual Services Private Limited, initially as a Director - Operations and later as Director of Operations at Shobiz Experiential Communications. In these roles, they were responsible for determining company policies, managing teams, overseeing budgeting and event flow, and ensuring the successful implementation of events.

Hari Bailwal completed their Secondary School Certificate from A.M.K.Premier High School between 1991 and 2001. Hari then pursued a Higher Secondary Certificate in Commerce, General at the University of Mumbai from 2001 to 2003. Subsequently, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, graduating between 2003 and 2006.
