Joseph Fuggini is an experienced leader in the aerospace and defense industry, currently serving as Senior Director at Telephonics since May 2016, where responsibilities include repair operations management, process improvement, and quality compliance. Prior to Telephonics, Joseph held the position of Senior Director of Manufacturing and Production Planning at Aerojet Rocketdyne from August 2014 to May 2016. Their extensive career at Chromalloy spanned from 1998 to August 2014, where Joseph advanced through various roles, ultimately becoming Global Director of Business Development and Vice President of Operations, managing operations, safety programs, and customer support, among other functions. Joseph Fuggini holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Adelphi University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
