Clifton E. Sifford transitioned from CEO to Vice Chairman in September 2021. Under Sifford’s leadership, Shoe Carnival grew revenues to more than $1 billion and achieved 11 straight years of comparable store sales growth leading into the 2020 fiscal year. He also oversaw the launch of the business’ e-commerce platform.
