Doug Krebs

Doug Krebs is an accomplished retail leader with extensive experience in management roles at Shoe Carnival, Inc. Serving as General Manager since October 2021, Doug previously held the same position from January 2013 to April 2016, where notable achievements included spearheading the East Coast expansion into the Philadelphia market with the opening of the first location there, as well as successfully launching a new store in Williamsburg, Virginia. Responsibilities included overseeing merchandise planning, store operations, recruiting and training associates, enhancing guest service, and implementing sales strategies. Doug holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Illinois State University.
