Norma de la Paz

Norma De La Paz is a seasoned retail professional with experience as a District Manager and General Manager at Shoe Carnival, Inc. Since 2016, Norma has been managing multiple stores and overseeing necessary procedures to drive profits. Prior to that, Norma served as an Area Manager at Payless ShoeSource, where Norma managed 10 stores and controlled shrink to meet company goals. Additionally, Norma worked as a District Team Leader at Hibbett Sports, where Norma built cohesive teams and monitored P&L for all locations.
