Rachel Weisgerber

Rachel Weisgerber has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as the Senior Pricing and ECommerce Production Manager at Shoe Carnival, Inc. since 2008, where responsibilities include promotion management and pricing oversight. Previous roles at Shoe Carnival include Mic & Cart Coordinator, focusing on promotions pricing and ECommerce description writing, as well as Office Assistant, providing reception and HR support. Prior to Shoe Carnival, Rachel worked at Fifth Third Bank as a Lead Customer Service Representative and ATM-Vault Teller. Additional experience includes serving as a Preschool Teacher at Community Baptist Church Learning Center and as an Assistant Manager at A&W Restaurant, where daily operations and training were key responsibilities. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Public Service Administration from the University of Evansville, along with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Henderson Community College.
