Charlotte Howard

Charlotte Howard has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as a Manager at Shoe Zone Retail Limited since July 2016, following a role as Deputy Manager at Weird Fish Clothing. Prior experience includes a Supervisor position at Shoe Zone from April 2007 to April 2016, which involved cash handling, customer service, and delivery management. Additionally, Charlotte volunteered for the Victim Support Witness Service at Truro Crown Court from October 2013 to October 2015, enhancing communication skills. Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies from Plymouth University, completed in 2014, and has attended St Austell College and Truro College for further education.
