Alouna Soukhavongsa

Alouna Soukhavongsa currently serves as the IT Manager at SHOEBACCA since October 2019 and concurrently holds the position of Google Shopping Actions Merchant Operations Lead at Staff Management | SMX since March 2018, where responsibilities include managing 75 client accounts and focusing on sales growth and customer retention through performance analysis. Between March 2004 and March 2018, Alouna worked at Assurant as a Supervisor in the Customer Care Operations, managing teams of 10-23 employees and providing performance feedback utilizing the STAR model. Additionally, Alouna has a Brown Belt in Jiu-Jitsu from RCJ Machado Jiu-Jitsu, attained in 2010 and remains active in training.
