Ellen Rehm has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles within the jewelry and retail industries. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at SHOEBACCA since May 2018, Ellen Rehm directly supports the President and executive team, manages recruiting, and oversees office supply management. Previously, as Shop Manager at Diamonds Direct from November 2016 to May 2018, Ellen Rehm was responsible for managing in-store repairs and inventory. Prior experience includes the position of Jewelry Repair Coordinator at Diamond Doctor from November 2013 to November 2016, where Ellen Rehm optimized workflows and supported jewelers in part repair processes.
