Randall Jones has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Graphic Designer at ShoeDazzle, an e-commerce subscription-based fast fashion company. There, they were responsible for creating new email designs and content for VIP and non-VIP customers. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant & Design Intern at Live Well Collaborative, where they contributed to multidisciplinary projects using design thinking and user-centered design methodologies. Randall also served as an Experiential Design Intern at Jack Rouse Associates, assisting with architectural plans, spatial ideation, exhibit design, and technical drawings. Additionally, Randall gained experience as a Soft Goods & Product Design Intern at ACCO Brands, conducting market and brand research, creating technical illustrations, and developing new products. Before entering the design field, they worked as a Laser Technician at the University of Cincinnati and as a Structural Design Intern at Rock-Tenn Company, where they focused on prototyping and ideation for cardboard displays. Finally, they gained customer service and sales experience while working at Nordstrom during the winter seasons.
Randall Jones completed their education in a chronological manner. Randall started by attending Lakota West High School from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they attended the University of Cincinnati from 2011 to 2017, during which they pursued various fields of study. In 2012, they began their Bachelor's Degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General at the University of Cincinnati, and completed it in 2012. In the same year, they also started a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design at the same university, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, from 2011 to 2017, they pursued a Minor in Fashion/Apparel Design at the University of Cincinnati. In 2015, they also took a coursework in Fashion/Apparel Design at Accademia Italiana - Arte Moda & Design.
