Jessica Khan

Jessica Khan is a Growth Marketing Manager at Shoelace since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Growth Marketer at the same company starting in March 2022. Jessica also worked as an Account Strategist at Shoelace from August 2021. Before joining Shoelace, Jessica served as the CMO & Co-Founder of Neomind Growth Agency from January 2018 to December 2021. In this role, they focused on helping D2C health & wellness ecommerce brands achieve growth through data-driven marketing strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Acrolete Health Systems from January 2016 to January 2018, where they developed and executed marketing strategies including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Jessica started their career as a Medical Transcriptionist at Alberta Health Services in August 2014.

In 2013-2014, Jessica Khan attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) where they pursued a degree in Medical Transcription, specializing in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician. Then in 2017, they enrolled at Udacity and completed a Digital Marketing Nanodegree, focusing on Digital Marketing.
