Michael Mascaro

Michael Mascaro has extensive experience in manufacturing planning and operational roles, currently serving as a Manufacturing Planning and Processing Analyst at Shoemaker Manufacturing Company since April 2021. Prior to this position, Michael worked as a Lead Bartender at Swiftwater Cellars from December 2016 to April 2021, where exceptional customer service and expertise in wine production were emphasized. In early 2019, Michael participated in a Lean Six Sigma project at Tree Top, Inc., collaborating with logistics, dispatch, and production teams to enhance systems and processes. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Central Washington University, completing both degrees between 2014 and 2020.
