Amy Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amy has held various leadership positions where they were responsible for directing and streamlining operations, driving sales results, and improving customer service.

From 2022 to the present, Amy serves as the Senior Director of Customer Operations & Success at Shoes For Crews. Prior to this, they worked at Katena Products from 2021 to 2022, where they were the Director of Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations.
