Shannon Garcia's work experience includes roles at several companies. Shannon started their career at The Home Depot in 2005 as a Project Coordinator and stayed with the company until 2009. In 2009, they joined Sign-A-Rama as a Senior Project Manager National Accounts and also worked as a Project Manager National Accounts at United Franchise Group. Later, in 2011, they worked at Shoes for Crews as a Sales Administrative Assistant and then as an Account Manager.

Shannon Garcia completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Palm Beach Community College, starting in 2006 and finishing in 2009. During the same time period, Shannon also attended Palm Beach State College and earned another Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management.
