Melissa Gatto

Melissa Gatto has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Melissa started their career in 1985 as a Key Account Manager and has steadily progressed to higher roles. Melissa worked at Shoff Darby Insurance Agency for many years, where they held roles such as Executive Vice President, Sr. Vice President-Operations Director and Marketing Manager, and Senior Vice President - Managing Director. In 2021, they became the Chairperson of the Board at Big I Connecticut, and later served as the Immediate Past Chair. Currently, they are the State National Director- Connecticut at Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America.
