Shakil Jowad Rahim

Shakil Jowad Rahim is the current director of tickets at Shohoz. Shakil previously worked at Shohoj Limited from January 2014 to November 2016 as the head of sales and senior system administrator. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring and administering all web servers, load balancer, database and monitoring servers. Shakil also ensured Intranet, Internet security and access control. Additionally, they oversaw multiple projects, monitored progress, resolved technical issues and made corrections to meet deadlines.

Prior to working at Shohoj Limited, Shakil worked as a system administrator and sales manager at various companies. Shakil has extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting computer networks and systems. Shakil is also skilled in designing, implementing and improving system security with active vulnerability assessment and remediation. In their current role at Shohoz, Shakil is responsible for overseeing the ticket sales team and meeting sales targets.
