Noil Porter has over 26 years of work experience in various financial roles. Noil is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Board Member at Shojin Property Partners since April 2020. Previously, they served as the Managing Director at ARK Consulting Limited, where they consulted for financial services clients and provided expertise in regulatory processes, financial management, and tax planning. From 2016 to 2019, Noil was the Finance Director at Linton Group, where they transformed the financial management of the business and managed a total debt exposure of over GBP150 million. Noil also worked as the CFO and Finance Director at Mandara Capital, implementing financial system reengineering and ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities. Additionally, Noil served as the Finance Director and Executive Board Member at G.H. Financials Limited, leading the implementation of a global finance function and managing financial reporting, risk management, and financial modeling. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Financial Controller at Liquid Capital Group and as a Senior Internal Auditor at Credit Suisse First Boston.
