Ilyra Rivas

Ilyra Rivas has worked in the recruitment and training industry since 2017. In 2017, they began their career with Interfell as a Technical Recruitment Coordinator and IT Recruitment Consultant. In 2019, they joined Ireclut as an IT Recruitment Consultant (Remote) and achieved an 80% increase in hiring success according to difficulty. In 2020, they joined Empodera tu Vida as a Soft Skills Training Tutor, where they highlighted the interpersonal skills of the participants with customized plans to their professional requirements. In 2022, they joined Shokworks, Inc. as an IT Recruiter Sr, where they applied proactive and reactive recruitment to required and replacement vacancies and created a recruitment multipipeline. Ilyra also joined Unow Solutions as an IT Recruiter Sr, where they responded to requests for new profiles for external clients and optimized the end to end recruitment process with agile.

Ilyra Rivas began their educational career in 2009 when they attended Universidad Politécnica Territorial de Mérida, where they earned a TSU in Ingeniería Informática in 2013. Ilyra then continued their studies at the same university, graduating with a Lic. Psicología in 2025. During their studies, they also obtained two additional certifications: Psicología Organizacional from Polisura in November 2022, and Recursos Humanos: Contratación IT from LinkedIn in November 2022.
