Emily Stocker

Emily Stocker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law. Since May 2020, Emily has served as a Principal Associate at Shoosmiths, following a progression from Senior Associate to Associate within the same firm from January 2017 to May 2020. Prior roles include Legal Counsel (Secondee) at The Royal Bank of Scotland plc from June 2016 to January 2017 and various positions at Shoosmiths LLP from November 2011 to June 2016, where Emily worked as an Associate and Solicitor in Real Estate. Emily's career began at Trethowans LLP as a Solicitor in Commercial Property from June 2006 to November 2011. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Nottingham, a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law, Chester, and completion of the Legal Practice Course at the University of Oxford.
