Grant Edwards

Grant Edwards is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Corporate Partner at Shoosmiths since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Associate at TLT LLP from May 2018 to July 2021 and Associate Director in the Corporate Department at Tughans Solicitors from July 2014 to May 2018. Edwards began a career in law at Bank of Ireland, progressing from Paralegal to Trainee Solicitor, with a focus on various legal areas including Commercial Dispute Resolution and Corporate law through a series of secondments. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from Bristol Law School and a Law degree from the University of Leicester.
