Jacqueline Murphy

Jacqueline Murphy is an experienced professional with a long-standing career at Shoosmiths since February 2002, currently serving as Head of Practice Standards. In addition, Jacqueline holds the position of Head of Client Services at Access Legal Solicitors, overseeing operational and support teams within the department, which includes a Personal Injury team and a Legal Helpline supported by the First Response Team. Prior to this, Jacqueline worked as an Underwriting Administrator at Eclipse at Lloyds from January 1997 to April 2000. Jacqueline's educational background includes a CILEX degree in Law from Bracknell & Wokingham College, completed between 2009 and 2013, and earlier studies at Bishop Challoner from 1990 to 1995.
