Monica Burch

Monica is a Non Executive Director (NED) on the Board and Partnership Council at Shoosmiths.

Monica’s current roles also include;

Chair of The Mentoring Foundation, a not for profit aimed at helping through mentoring to increase the number of women at the top of British business life;

NED on the Board of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and Chair of the CPS Nominations and Governance Committee;

NED on the Board of Talbot Underwriting Limited (part of AIG) and Chair of its Risk and Compliance Committee.

Between 2010 and 2016, Monica was a NED of Channel 4 Corporation and was Senior Partner and Chair of law firm Addleshaw Goddard LLP, and a consultant at the firm from 2016 - 2017. Monica was a Director of Prime (a charity promoting access to quality work experience in the legal profession) between 2012 and 2015, and was appointed a Recorder (Civil) in 2010.
