Simon Barnes

Simon Barnes is a Partner at Shoosmiths, leading the EU and competition law practice since January 2012. With extensive experience in antitrust compliance, merger control, competition investigations, and litigation, Simon has developed a robust expertise in this field. Prior to joining Shoosmiths, Simon served as Of Counsel at Hogan Lovells from August 1998 to December 2011. Simon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law with European Law from the University of Nottingham and completed studies at the College of Law, Guildford. Educational foundations were laid at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford.
