Olena Allen

Olena Allen is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in finance and accounting operations, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at SHoP Architects since August 2019. In this role, Allen is a key member of the Executive Team, overseeing revenue growth management, cashflow management, capital structure, and financial reporting, among other responsibilities. Prior experience includes leading finance operations at Arup across three major offices and serving as the Head of Finance on the Firm Leadership Team. Additionally, Allen has held senior roles at Fried Frank, AutoZone, and has a robust educational background with an MBA and BBA from Ole Miss in Business Administration and International Business, respectively.
