Haneka Goto

Haneka Goto has worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality industry since 2010. In 2010, they participated in a full-time summer internship program at The Venetian I Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, where they were trained in all Front Office Department positions. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Front Desk Agent at the Miyako Hybrid Hotel and then as a Guest Relation Officer at the Conrad Macao Cotai Central. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as an Executive Floor Manager, Guest Relations Manager, and Guest Services Manager at the Conrad Beijing. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Assistant Front Office Manager at the JW Marriott and is currently a Brand Manager and Human Resources Manager at Shop 709. Haneka is also currently a Graduate Student at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

Haneka Goto attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality.
