Gwyneth Kong

Gwyneth Kong started their work experience as a Service Crew at Tea Tree Cafe in 2017. Gwyneth then worked as an Operations and Admin Intern at the National University Hospital in 2019, where they improved patient experience and created informative videos. Gwyneth also worked as a Research Analyst at NAOS International during the same year, where they sourced potential candidates and conducted interviews. In 2021, they joined SG Bike as a Human Resource Intern, where they automated payroll processes and led recruitment efforts. Gwyneth later became a Human Resource Executive at SG Bike, leading the HR-Finance team and implementing new policies. Currently, Gwyneth is working at ShopBack as an HR Operations Associate, handling EP and S Pass applications and creating information decks for expat hires.

Gwyneth Kong completed their Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology at Singapore Management University from 2017 to 2021. Gwyneth attended Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University for a brief period in 2020, although no degree or field of study is specified for that time. Prior to university, Gwyneth attended National Junior College from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained their GCE A-Level certification in the field of Science. Additionally, they obtained the IHRP-CA certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals in July 2021.
