Jacky Ha

Jacky Ha is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as General Manager and Commercial Director at ShopBack since September 2019, Jacky oversees strategic operations and commercial initiatives. Previously, Jacky held key positions at Lazada Group, including Vice President - Category Director and Category Manager, and made significant contributions as Founder of VFO, a sourcing agency in Vietnam. Experience also includes roles at ZALORA Vietnam as Head of Fashion, Marketing Manager at THEFACESHOP VIETNAM, and Brand Manager positions at Emporio Armani and AR GROUP JSC. Jacky's career began with brand management at CT Retail, excelling in marketing and business development across various fashion and beauty brands. Jacky is pursuing education at Foreign Trade University.
