Liesl Lee

Liesl Lee's work experience begins in 2014, where they served as a Group Financial Control Intern at DFS Group Limited. In this role, they demonstrated proficiency in preparing General Ledger account reconciliations and efficiently handling SAP transactions. Liesl also collaborated with a Group level director to reconstruct lease agreements and contributed to streamlining company processes for improved efficiency.

Following their internship, Liesl held various positions in different organizations. In 2015, they joined Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific as a Global Travel Retail Asia Finance Intern, gaining valuable experience in finance operations.

In 2016, Liesl embarked on a career as a Cabin Crew member at Singapore Airlines, where they honed their skills in customer service and safety protocols. Simultaneously, they participated in the LVMH-SMU Immersion Programme in 2016, exploring the luxury goods industry.

In 2020, they joined eatigo as an Account Manager, where they assumed responsibility for managing key accounts. Following their time at eatigo, Liesl joined Lazada in 2021 as a Strategic Account Lead (Health & Beauty), overseeing strategic partnerships and contributing to the growth of the company.

Currently, in 2022, Liesl holds the position of Key Account Manager at ShopBack.

Liesl Lee completed their Bachelor of Accountancy, Major in Finance from Singapore Management University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their GCE 'A' Levels (Integrated Programme) from Victoria Junior College from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Liesl has obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) and an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) through ICAgile. Liesl also earned the Certified Usability Analyst certification from Human Factors International in November 2020. Furthermore, in the same month, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through the Scrum Alliance.
