Lauren Holden has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Lauren currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at ShopCore Properties, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were with Clarion Partners LLC for eight years, from February 2014 to August 2022, where they served as Managing Director and Head of Retail Asset Management. At Clarion Partners, they were responsible for managing a retail portfolio of over 100 properties, totaling 30 million square feet and approximately $7.0 billion under management. Before joining Clarion Partners, Lauren worked at Equity One, Inc. as Executive Vice President - Acquisitions & Investment Management from May 2008 to December 2013. Lauren also served as Senior Portfolio Manager at Kimco Realty Corporation from January 2003 to May 2008. Lauren began their career as an Associate at Banc of America Securities, where they worked from 1999 to 2003.
Lauren Holden obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human & Organizational Development/Business from Vanderbilt University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Prior to their time at Vanderbilt, they attended The Hotchkiss School in 1995, although specific details about their degree or field of study during that period were not provided.
