Max Messulam is a seasoned financial analyst with significant experience in asset management and financial operations. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at ShopCore Properties since November 2022, Max oversees the financial health of a $300 million asset portfolio, manages financial reporting to senior management, and has driven the implementation of a new market rent optimization process. Previous roles include Portfolio Analyst at Related Companies, where Max was responsible for KPI tracking and financial reporting for a portfolio of 33 properties, and Business Sales Consultant at Fiserv.
