Mukund K.

Mukund K. currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at ShopDeck, starting in December 2023. Previously, Mukund held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Baazi Games from February 2021 to November 2023, overseeing the recruitment life cycle and developing strategic hiring approaches. Prior to that, Mukund was with Posterity Consulting from February 2015 to February 2021, initially as a Technical Recruiter and later as Recruitment Lead, specializing in various domains such as IT/ITES, Telecom, and Digital Innovation. Mukund holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Amity University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Shobhit University, alongside earlier education in Mathematics and Science.
