Hashimah Ismail

Hashimah Ismail is an experienced professional with a background in fraud investigations, quality assurance, data entry, and education. Currently serving as a Merchant, Buyer & Driver Ops (Fraud & Risk) in ShopeeFood since September 2021, Hashimah investigates fraudulent activities and collaborates with various teams to resolve cases. Prior experience includes working as a Quality Assurance Analyst at CIMB, where Hashimah reviewed and validated call conversations for banking products, and as a Data Entry Clerk at Skycom Multimedia Sdn Bhd, managing supplier and customer communications. Additionally, Hashimah has experience as a Substitute Teacher at SMK Machang Bubuk, teaching secondary school subjects and engaging with parents. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universiti Malaysia Perlis and a Diploma in International Business from Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah.
