I'Rfan Jabar

I'rfan Jabar is a talent acquisition professional currently working at Shopee as a Talent Acquisition specialist for Shopee Xpress and at Kinetik Hiring as an Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant since October 2025. Previously, I'rfan held the position of Talent Acquisition at PETRONAS Lubricants International from November 2023 to October 2025, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and leading hiring for blue-collar positions at the Melaka Lube Blending Plant. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at PETRONAS from April 2023 to August 2023, where data analysis and stakeholder coordination skills were utilized to drive project decisions. I'rfan began the journey in a volunteer capacity at Kementerian Belia Dan Sukan from March 2021 to January 2022, providing logistical support for events. Educationally, I'rfan is pursuing a Bachelor of Communication (Hons) in Communication Management and Policy with a focus on Corporate Communications from Universiti Teknologi MARA, following the completion of STPM in Social Sciences at Kolej Tingkatan Enam Tuanku Muhammad.
