Jianghong Liu has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Jianghong began their career at the National University of Singapore as a Research Engineer in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering from July 2003 to November 2004. Jianghong then joined PSA Corporation Limited as a Senior Operations Planning Analyst in the Operations Planning Department from December 2004 to February 2007. Jianghong then moved to PSA International Pte Ltd, where they served as Deputy Manager in the Group Technical & Operations Development division from March 2007 to July 2010.
In 2010, Jianghong transitioned to Microsoft, where they held two roles successively. Jianghong first started as a Business Intelligence Program Manager from July 2010 to February 2012, and then became a Channel Incentives Program Manager from February 2012 to May 2013. After leaving Microsoft, Jianghong joined Google as a Senior Finance Analyst in Global Revenue Operations from May 2013 to May 2015. Jianghong then moved to the role of Senior Global Process Manager in the same department from May 2015 to April 2016.
From May 2016 to July 2017, Jianghong worked for Shopee as a Senior Manager in Cross Border eCommerce. Jianghong then took up the position of Head of Cross Border eCommerce from July 2017 to June 2021. During this period, they also held regional leadership roles within the company, including Head of Shopee Mexico from June 2021 to November 2022 and Head of Shopee Colombia from September 2021 to November 2022.
